Company History

In 1958, Eisenhower was in the White House, West Michigan was entertaining proposals for the construction of a new expressway which would become US-131, and Ben M. Muller Realty Company opened its doors as a full service commercial and industrial real estate firm.

Much has changed in the practice of commercial and industrial realty. The increased complexity of regulation, liability, and finance against a background of increasing taxes, energy costs, and property values have combined to create new and formidable challenges.

Ben M. Muller Realty's experience in the profession have helped us meet these challenges with innovation and confidence. With 50 years experience, Ben M. Muller Realty Company has the distinction of being Grand Rapids' oldest continually operating exclusively commercial and industrial realty company. That depth of experience has helped Ben M.
